Code status
Code pending as of 2026-08-26. The Pokémon Company has announced that the PokémonXP & Worlds Cloud Island becomes visitable on 2026-08-28, but the island address has not yet been published. Any page showing a “confirmed code” before the official release should be treated as unverified.
This page keeps the distinction explicit: an announced island is real; an address that has not been released is unavailable, not a blank to fill with a guess.
When to watch
The official Spotlight on the Pokémon Pokopia Game panel is scheduled for Friday, August 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PDT. The official Brazil schedule lists 15:30 to 16:30 BRT. Game Freak’s Shigeru Ohmori, Pokémon Pokopia Concept and Senior Director, is listed for the panel.
Serebii reports that the special address will be shared during that PokémonXP panel. The exact minute is not guaranteed, so use the published panel window rather than inventing a countdown.
What to prepare now
- Unlock Cloud Island access in Pokopia.
- Buy or obtain the Mysterious Goggles.
- Open Virtual Mode, the read-only way to explore published islands.
- Confirm Nintendo Switch Online access for Cloud Island online features.
- Do not enter random eight-character strings circulating as “leaks.”
- Return after the official announcement and compare the address character by character.
Virtual Mode lets visitors explore without changing the host island. This distribution is not a new permanent story region, not an Expansion Pass part, and not evidence of an unannounced timed Pokémon event.
What is confirmed
- Official name: PokémonXP & Worlds Cloud Island.
- Opens:
2026-08-28. - Visit method: Mysterious Goggles in Virtual Mode.
- Theme: PokémonXP and the 2026 Pokémon World Championships.
- Address: not published at the
2026-08-26verification timestamp.
No official notice currently lists exclusive Pokémon, items, recipes, expiration date, or visit rewards for this island. Those details remain unavailable until the address and island record are published.
Address, Magic Number, and serial code are different
Pokopia uses several strings that look like codes but open different systems. A Cloud Island address identifies an online island. A Magic Number generates Cloud Island terrain when creating a fresh island; it is not a visitor address. A serial code is entered through Mystery Gift to deliver an item. The Worlds release needs the first kind.
Official Cloud Island addresses already listed in the game database use two groups of four characters, such as PXQC G03S for the Poké Times island. That observed format helps detect obviously malformed claims, but it does not reveal the new address. Do not transform an event hashtag, stream ID, Magic Number, or Mystery Gift code into a guessed Worlds address.
For broader address listings, use the Cloud Island address directory. Keep terrain generation separate in the Magic Numbers guide.
Panel time by region
| Region | Local panel window |
|---|---|
| US Pacific | August 28, 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. PDT |
| Brazil | August 28, 15:30–16:30 BRT |
| United Kingdom | August 28, 19:30–20:30 BST |
| Central Europe | August 28, 20:30–21:30 CEST |
| Japan | August 29, 03:30–04:30 JST |
The PDT and BRT windows are published on official Pokémon/PokémonXP schedules; the other rows are direct time-zone conversions for planning. A code may appear at any point during or after the panel, so the table is a viewing window rather than a promised release minute.
Safe release-day checklist
When the address appears, verify it against an official Pokémon post or the official stream before entering it:
- record the exact eight characters and spacing;
- confirm that the label says Cloud Island or island address;
- open Mysterious Goggles and Virtual Mode—not Mystery Gift;
- reject screenshots that omit the publishing account or timestamp;
- if the game rejects the address, re-check ambiguous characters before assuming the island is unavailable;
- keep any stated expiration separate from the panel date.
This page will replace the pending state only when an address is observable in an official surface or in the live game record. A repost without provenance is useful as a lead, not final proof.
Separate deadline: Feebas
The Fetching Scales for Feebas event ends at 04:59 local time on August 28. The Worlds Cloud Island opening later that day does not extend the Feebas event and is not a route for Prism scales.
